Inbound replies will appear here once the GoHighLevel webhook is wired to POST /api/ghl/replies-webhook with header x-ghl-signature: <GHL_REPLIES_WEBHOOK_SECRET>.

Required env var: GHL_REPLIES_WEBHOOK_SECRET. Tag-routing follows the 8-branch spec in docs/ghl/branch-logic.md.
